About interview ghosting.

What counts as being ghosted after an interview?

A company stops responding after interviewing you and does not provide a clear rejection or update. An unanswered application alone does not count.

How long should I wait before reporting?

Allow for any timeline the hiring team gave you and send a reasonable follow-up first. Report when communication has clearly stopped.

Is my report anonymous?

We do not ask for your name or email address. A factual candidate account is required, but you must leave out names, private messages, and identifying details. Reports without an account will be rejected.

Does every report affect the leaderboard?

No. Only moderator-approved reports are included in company totals.

Can a company dispute a report?

Yes. Companies and candidates can request a correction or review under our moderation policy.
